Pay for what you track
Adding people never changes your bill — we don't charge per seat. The only thing that moves the price is how many assets you keep in the system, and the more you track, the less each one costs.

Questions we get asked
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone with their own login to your organization. We don't charge per seat — your bill is the same with one user or 50, so give access to everyone who needs it.
- What happens if we outgrow our asset limit?
- Nothing breaks. We'll let you know as you approach 5,000 assets and move you to the next tier at your renewal — capacity quadruples each step while the price doubles, so the more you track, the less each asset costs. Your crews are never cut off mid-job.
- Do events and photos count toward the limit?
- No — only assets. Log as many inspections, repairs, and photos against them as you like; that's the point of the system, and we're not going to charge you for using it.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. You can set up your own forms and start adding assets on day one. Training is available if you'd like help, but it's optional.
- Is training required?
- No — the trial is self-serve and most teams get going on their own. Training is there when you want a structured start or need to bring new staff up to speed: $200 for a one-hour session, up to 50 people.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- After 30 days your data stays exactly where it is, in read-only form, until you're ready to continue. Nothing is deleted while you decide, and everything you built during the trial carries over.
- How do we pay?
- We invoice your organization — no credit card required to start, and no card on file. Purchase orders and co-op contract purchasing are welcome; just tell us what your procurement process needs.
